1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Vehiculars platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you must not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Vehiculars provides vehicle management services including but not limited to: vehicle document renewal and processing, compliance tracking and alerts, driver's licence applications, roadworthiness certificates, tinted permit approvals, vehicle inspections, driving school enrolment (DriveConnect), fleet management, and related services. These services are available nationwide across all 36 states and the FCT in Nigeria.
3. User Accounts
You must register for an account to use most features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
4. Payments and Fees
Service fees are displayed before you confirm a service request. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. All fees are in Nigerian Naira (₦). Refund eligibility depends on the service type and processing stage — see our refund policy for details.
Easy Installment plans are available for eligible services. By using Easy Installment, you agree to the instalment schedule and understand that missed payments may affect your access to future Easy Installment services.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate vehicle and personal information
- Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Not attempt to circumvent any security measures
- Not upload false or fraudulent documents
- Comply with all applicable Nigerian traffic and vehicle registration laws
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Service are owned by Vehiculars. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Vehiculars facilitates vehicle management services but is not responsible for delays caused by government agencies, incorrect information provided by users, or circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice. Processing times are estimates and may vary based on government agency responsiveness.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Outstanding service requests and payment obligations survive termination.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be resolved through arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria.
